If there was a reasonable excuse (tracking number provided and mail didn't come through) I think your reasoning is honorable, Roper. If there is no reasonable excuse, negative feedback is the best way to warn the next person who maybe doesn't want to lose a thousand cards for nothing. Negative feedback is for other people to be fore-warned. That's what it is there for. At the same time, thankfully, I have never had to leave any to this point as all trades have ended with good or at least reasonable results (wrong variation is not negative feedback worthy for example in my books).

The wrong variation deal isn't reason enough with proper communication. You have a message feature for that purpose. With those I just want 1 card of a variation for my team sets as long as the front isn't different.

I thought if you left neutral it meant you won't trade anymore with that trader. It says cards arrived but other issue

The worst part about leaving a negative is it can't be changed if the cards were lost in the mail and they show up out of the blue. I had an opportunity to do that and I waited. I left a positive afterwards because they were actually lost for a while. A lot of traders know this member.However, I wouldn't suggest testing my patience. 200 transactions and counting. All turned out okay. I would trade, buy, or sell with each again. Just my opinion.

I've seen another person with one negative, and when I read that one negative, it says something along the lines of "Great trade!" Someone was being passive aggressive, or, they hit the wrong button...

I've seen that one too. My guess is the person hit the wrong button which sucks for that trader. Would be nice to have a way to appeal any negative feedbacks.
