FYI: even though this set is marked as being removed for not meeting inclusion requirements, it still shows up when searching individual player cards.

There is no way to create an IR, so I'm not sure if the set would actually get deleted.

This is Admin's method for handling sets that keep getting re-created. This way, it's here, and it's known that it cannot be edited or used, and if someone tried to create the set, it will throw an error indicating that the set cannot be created.

What do you mean by "cannot be used"? One can still add the cards to one's collection. They just may not be linked to the player.
