I have also been experiencing the same issue as well for about a week now. When I click edit details to add a SN and move a card from my wantlist to my in transit list and again when moving from my in transit to my collection, instead of refreshing to the correct place, it moves to the homepage.

Contact Admin. I just sent them a message with the exact situations happening and they fixed it promptly!  Awsome admin team!

My issues with adding to the site seem to be fixed this evening also. Maybe it was a site-wide glitch that was fixed when the issue was corrected for you.

All seems good now.  Admin team rocks!

Something similar was happening to me today when I was going through my for sale trade list and changing the duipilicate cards from listing out individually on sperate lines to one line with quantity next to the individaul line.  Occasionally it would kick me back to the home screen on TCDB.  I too could not pinpoint the reason why as it was random and only happened three or four times in the 100s of lines of data that I was updating.  I simply used the back button and went back to the page.  I will warn you that if you make changes to quantities and this happens that you really need to go back and verify or your inventory as sometimes it changed the quanity, but did not remove multiple lines of the same card that I originally removed.
