Ampir seems to have a website https://ampir.cards/ Located to Moscow Russia. No info about licenses. https://www.beckett.com/news/buyer-beware-these-2021-iihf-u18-hockey-cards-are-unlicensed/ It looks like all sets from Taiga, Ampir and By Cards are unlicensed and should be removed.
