When submitting inaccuracies; What does "Redirect to inaccuracies Manager Tools area after submission," mean?  And when should the box be checked?

If you intend on fixing your own IR, it will take you directly to the tools page for that IR. Usually I uncheck that box if I want to keep my place on whatever set I'm looking at, and then open up the IR link it assigns on the next page in a new browser tab.
