Congratulations to TCDB for now having over 100,000 completed trades!  I just took a look at the 'Completed Transactions' link at the bottom of the page to see when my first transaction was.  I was trade #8 completed on this site on 10/24/2014 (ID#131).  There were 34 trades completed yesterday (10/18/2021) which brought the total 100,016.  What an amazing accomplishment!  I'm closing in on 800 completed trades and I know that while I was an early trade leader back in 2014-2016, I've been blown away by some who are closing in on 3,000 completed trades.  I'm all the way down to #21 on the leader board which is A-OK with me.

I'm still working on my trade totals as I suspect it has been well over 10,000 cards sent and received.  I'll put up my numbers another time when I'm done adding up all 800 trades.

I do want to say a big thank you to Admin for making such a wonderful site and for all of the improvements to the transaction functions.  The recent "View All Matches" for trade building has been an enormous time saver.  The Trade Matching feature has been really nice also to see who scores well for potential trades and then to be able to click on any member and Match Trades is also a beautiful feature.

I'd also like to thank the 350 different trade partners that I've worked with, many more than once.

This is an amazing hobby, with many excellent individuals.  I'm truly blessed to be a part of it and I know I'm not alone in giving credit to this website for re-igniting my enjoyment for this hobby with the ability to research, track, inventory and of course trade unwanted cards for wanted cards.  I've been able to build sets that I never thought possible before.  I've completed 1974 to 2021 Topps flagship and Updated Sets and I'm down to just over a dozen 1973 Topps.  I never thought I would attempt to build 1970-1972, but I'm working on those now with roughly 50% of those sets complete.

I didn't know you could look up the completed transations that way. I have slowed down my trading a lot this year compared to last and miss it. It was awesome getting a new pack of cards to sort every week. Felt like christmas

I didnt know you coudl look that up as well. Its cool to see all the different names of all the embers. I know I am excited that I fianlly got over 500. Congrats to the Site. and thanks Admin for creating our home away from home

That's a good amount of revenue for USPS.

Very interesting stat but makes me wonder where all the other trades are seeing as we are well over 200,000 in the transaction #. I know some sit in the composing stage, some get declined or withdrawn, but over 100,000 of them?

I also would like to see a stat of most cards traded (sent and received). I always maintained that I am happier with the # of cards I have sent out and received (over 52,000 and 46,000 respectively) than the # of trades I have completed.

I think there are a lot of trade proposals that get started, but later get deleted without even being sent. The transaction ID number will continue to fall behind the number of completed as it is just a reference number. There are a lot of member who are no longer active also. I have 3 hanging transactions where the other side never "completed" the trade and likely never will as they are no longer active on the site. I have also begun many draft proposals and then later deleted them before I could send them because another trade came in that took care of one side being asked for or proposed.

I am currentlyl researching all of my trades and compiling numbers which is a lot of fun. I will gladly post all my numbers once I'm complete because it is fascinating to me as well. I am like you Bruno, very happy to send far more cards than I receive, notwithstanding the value of cards. Trouble is that there are a lot of PIF each way that I know I'll miss from the past, but will hopefully capture and record in the future. It just takes time. I hope to complete this audit before the end of the year.
