Clearing In-Transaction List

So I turned off trades so I could clean up my card stacks and (hopefully) clear up my In-Transit and In-Transaction List. Unfortunately that didn't happen.

Easy enough to clean up the In-Transit, but there's 68 unaccounted In-Transaction hockey cards that clearly aren't, and I don't know if they were all incoming or outgoing transactions. How can I clean this up so collections are accurate?

I could probably buy the already complete sets cheaper somewhere else, but I like getting my maildays.
