Add Release Notes to Base Set?

How do I add Release Notes to the base set that you see when clicking Overview? More specifically, I just populated the base set and added some autograph insert sets for 2021 Onyx Extended Baseball. I understand how to add Release Notes to the Insert Sets, but I cannot figure out how I would add Release Notes to the main set that appears when you click Overview.
