Transaction in Progress

How do I move a transaction from In Progress to Completed ? My trader has marked it Completed.

My update options are Accepted,Package Sent,Package Received,Payment Sent, Payment Received,Problem,Unfinished.

Haven't done a transaction in a while...what am I missing ?

I believe you now have to go throught he steps of Package Received (or Payment Received), then you will get the Transaction Completed option.
