I've noticed many recent attempts by users trying to upload scans of cards after altering them in Photoshop.
Please do not blur or color in the stamped serial numbers on each card; you're doing a disservice to the site.

I review a lot of images in the Crop Help section and I have not come across any like this, but thanks for the heads up.

I know of one user for sure who was notorious for this because they were stealing images and removing serial numbers to hide the evidence. Lots of their images remain and it's "iffy" that we'll be able to replace all of them quickly

That might have been my fault... I was reviewing some scans yesterday and there was one that my mouse got "stuck" and inadvertently clicked on the wrong drop-down selection. (Unfortunately, when that happens, the scan disappears and there's no way to undo it.)
Try resubmitting the scan please

That's definitely easy to do by accident and I've done that once or twice myself

When altered cards are encountered, please submit an IR from that card's page. The image can be tagged for replacement.
They should not make it through the review process, but sometimes members with self-approval permission goes rogue and adds them.
In some cases, items like these are actually mock-ups. Those are absolutely not allowed here and an IR should be put in on that card's page so the image(s) of the mock-up can be removed.
Thanks.
