This Tim Anderson card has him "To Attend" Ohio State University but in the DB set, someone selected the High School that he had attended.  Should OSU be the team selected just like in other sets where there's a player in his/her college uniform but the back has them "Drafted" by a pro team, thus the pro team gets to be selected.

No, high school player cards should be assigned their high school team

No college teams.  We have the same problem with the Leaf Army All-American Bowl sets.  Members keep wanting to assign college teams. They're high school sets.  "Committed to:" "To Attend:", and the like are just "intentions".  Letters of Intent are not binding, players can choose to go to any college regardless of their Letter of Intent.  "Drafted by:" is totally different; it's legally binding.
