 I want to create a list of cards I have autographed, and add scans of those cards. I see how to create my list, but nowhere do I see a way to add my own scanned cards. How do you do this?

1.  Navigate to the set that contains the card you want to add
2.  Click the "Update Your Collection" link
3.  Hover over the action menu next to the card, and choose "View/Add Image"
4.  Upload the image
5.  Return to the list and hover over the action menu again, and choose "Add to list..."

 So I can't upload my 'own' images? Reason I ask is I have several autographed cards that can't be uploaded to sets because of the sigs but I wanted to share the images I had of the autographed cards.

Yes, you can upload your own.  Instead of going in the regular way you go to upload images, you go in through the "Update Your Collection" link for the set, then in the pop-up menu next to the card you want to upload images for, you'll see that option.
