Hello,

Is there a way to flag certain items in an ignore list? 

I personally PC LA Kings cards, and the checklist for certain years is full of 1 of 1 plates and such which I will never find/afford.

Just wondering if there's a way to hide those from the checklist in my collection?

I put it up for the New Feature tracker, but I'm not sure if it ever got onto the list or not.

The best you can do is Filter Set Types. Choosing Major Releases will show only Major Release base cards, no Inserts or Parallels.

Thanks for the info. Some subsets I definitely want to have in my list, but there should (ideally) be a line in the drop down when you select a card in the View Collection list, that has ignore/hide as well.

I believe you mean "inserts" not "subsets".  Subsets are cards within a base set, e.g., League Leaders, All-Stars.  Inserts are not part of the base set.

That suggestion is for Collection Reports only.  This OP wants to Filter out certain cards at a player's or team's page.  The dropdown menus in Filters only allows one choice per filter category; Year, Card Number, Brands, Sets, Set Types, Note.

It will show me all the LA Kings cards that exist, and then highlights the ones I already have or whatever.

Far from dumb questions. You are not the only one who has expressed a desire to have this happen, and initial navigation of the site can be tricky before you get used to it. You do seem to be getting the hang of it, however.

Unfortunately, I also do not think there is a way to do what you are asking at this time. The best I can offer, however, is this: if you are looking to add only limited LA Kings cards, you will likely find it best to go one card at a time and "Add to wantlist". If you are like me, where I want (or will want, once I get organized) every Cincinnati Reds card I can get my hands on, "Add all missing to wantlist" would be your best bet. However, "Add all missing to wantlist" can only be used to add a certain amount of cards - so you would still likely be better off going one by one. Either way, going one at a time will allow you to mark what you truly do want, and not mark what you don't.

If I misunderstand, and you're asking to not view them at all, then no, I don't think that would be possible. I imagine it would disrupt the viewing for all users, not just the individual profile, though I'm nowhere near "tech-savvy" enough to say for sure.

My suggestion is not for collection reports only. It is for making cards you don't want, a do not want list. I have not had a chance to look yet, that may be someone else's suggestion if it is only for reports.
