I have been around a while now and love trading and discussing collecting. I have met many great people here and traded for many cards I have wanted. All this is so awesome.
What the heck has been happening lately? A week ago there was a thread that got out of control attacking Bob. This week a members is asking to prove has innocence because some claims he has made are being questioned.
I understand the importance of protecting our members here but please, let's do away with the attacks and negativity around here. I check in each day looking for a break from my day and want to be lifted up, not dragged down. Please bring the positivity back.

Without getting us way off track and into another fight, that is a reflection of America in 2019, which is the saddest of all.
Instead of working together to try and find a solution, now it's trying to shout anyone who doesn't agree with you into oblivion.
It would be nice to be like it used to be, but I don't see it happening. Hopefully it won't affect us too badly.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Billy put 23 words together that I to wish we all could put togrther and follow
I was a volunteer fireman line officer received no pay, When there was a fire and I got home all I said was were it was what other fire deptments showed up because if they were standing outside they would know that, Never what was the cause or what it was, Would tell them How would you like if I told people you burnt dinner or forgot to remove a Plastic cake pan from oven before warming it up to cook dinner, One example was a guy put oil in a cast iron pan to fry something and forgot about it, BUT after state police arson team investigated it he was charged with arson because he was losing the house, Us saying it was a accident to papers and news would of hurt the case in court.
Now the papers are not what they were 20 years ago a reporter would show up, now they call on phone because there are not that many to cover, we had something happen just after mid-night and lost 2 house, it never made the papers because it was old news and only 2 houses were lost and no one died, Other news buried the story or no one could be reached. Our local paper has about 50% less reporters today then years ago. News is moving from print to on line because of bottom line for the national or regional corporation that owns them. Ever time an ad appears on a web page they get money sort of Oh the local paper in now $10 a week in print or $10 a month on-line

Robert “It breaks your heart. It is designed to break your heart. The game begins in the spring, when everything else begins again, and it blossoms in the summer, filling the afternoons and evenings, and then as soon as the chill rains come, it stops and leaves you to face the fall alone. You count on it, rely on it to buffer the passage of time, to keep the memory of sunshine and high skies alive, and then just when the days are all twilight, when you need it most, it stops. Today, October 2, a Sunday of rain and broken branches and leaf-clogged drains and slick streets, it stopped and summer was gone.” ― A. Bartlett Giamatti robertkimble.us/tradingcards

Billy, you've just described the human condition. Keep your head up, because all of us are just trying.
