I have seen some IRs with the sender listed as NULL. When clicking on the IR there's no name listed and no place to send a message to them.
The IRs are legit so I'm a little confused as to what is going on, though I do have a theory...my theory being it's someone sending an IR without being logged in. But, I could be totally wrong on that.
Mostly I'm just curious.

Next time you have an IR to submit, try submitting while not being logged in.
Could be they have "receive messages" turned off.

I just tested on an IR I needed to submit. IR #64743 shows up as "NULL".

Seriously, what is the purpose of NULL (a member not logged in) creating an IR with a question or request that might need further explanation if they cannot be contacted for clarification?
