yes it is .... I
have the entire
collection, 164
cards, they came in
four card panels
that are perforated
so they can be
pulled apart, was
for their tenth
anniversary.

What am I doing
wrong here, I
edited my last
reply as I made a
spelling mistake
and it changes
every one of my
posts to the exact
same one .... I
think I am not
built for this
place ..... am
feeling a little
picked on this
morning to tell you
the truth, I have
been collecting
Edmonton Oiler
hockey cards, Bill
Ranford in
particular for 15
years so I do know
what is what, have
been lurking here
for almost quite a
while but not sure
if I'm being
welcomed or not,
frustrated and it
is early and I need
a coffee.

I stand corrected,
I pulled out my
set, the four panel
sheets are NOT
perforated, they
are uncut, two on
each side with a
fold. My apologies
for that. I dug out
my Charlton 16th
Edition and looked
at the details, it
says "each cut
card" measures 2
9/16 x 4 5/16, so
even though I have
an uncut set there
must have been
individuals as well.

That is REALLY odd (the editing thing). Glad the cards are cards. :) At first, I thought it was a listing of magazines, not the cards from it.
I'm going to attempt to edit this post after the fact, and see if it changes the first post in this thread.
Wish me luck.

yup .... I blame
the lack of coffee
this morning. So
where does a new
guy like me get
help in all this
entering of data?
It is not only a
lot of work but I
do not want to
disappoint / annoy
either, I want to
help not hinder.

I don't know the answer to your question, (I only use Excel) but I wanted to give you some positive reinforcement. You certainly aren't annoying to me, I think it's great for a new member to jump in and try to make everything correct. I still send Admin corrections on a regular basis, in fact I just sent them a large list last night. And I've been a regular member since October 2012, so don't feel bad.
I just wish I could help you out more. I've only edited once or twice, and I have not had the problem you had in this thread- but computers are not really my strong suit and I'm lucky I've been able to figure out how to post anything at all. (Fun aside- I use my real name on message boards because I know I won't forget it).
There is a bit of a learning curve to using the Database, but you are coming along fine. I just wish I could help more.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. Thanks Billy, I
appreciate the good
words, and will
tahe your friend
request while I'm
here this morning,
it would be great
if I could spend
more time here but
am a family man
with kids and my
own business so
getting here is
tough but
thankfully the wife
lets me sneak on
here when I can.
I'm sure I figure
it all out soon
enough.
