When you've done something to edit an image on here (examples include croppinga scan, replacing a scan, or rotating an image), many times it looks like the change hasn't taken hold.
"But I hit F5, and the image still didn't refresh!"
If I had a nickel for every time that's been posted, I'd have enough to buy a pack of 2018 Topps.
But seriously, there is a very simple way to see the change.
Most browser settings, by default, do not pull images every time a page is loaded or reloaded. It is assumed that images are static on web pages, and they get cached (stored in a temporary location on your hard dive). Ctrl-F5 or Shift-F5 needs to be pressed to see the image changes.
Using Ctrl-F5 or Shift-F5 is the only guaranteed way to ensure that you are seeing the latest images from the server.
