Got double-PIF'd today!

Special thanks to:

Trading4vintage (Justin) - he reached out to me knowing that I have an Alvin Dark collection. Well I now have an autograph to add to it. He signed a pamphlet that he'd pass out when speaking at churches, this one refers to him managing the Oakland A's. He also played for the Giants in New York and managed them in San Francisco. Thanks, Justin!
hafengr (Greg) - I just did what I believe most of us at TCDB would do - forward cards sent to the wrong (mine) address. They were meant for Greg, so I got his address and sent them to him. He decided I was worthy of a PIF. I am thankful to have added to my PC, Astros Team set, and insert sets with the three I received.

Blessings to both of you for your generosity and may you be repaid way beyond the kindness you've shown.

I just had an epiphany today or I ought to say an e-(normous) PIF-any courtesy of https://www.tradingcarddb.com/Profile.cfm/Gunny, a.k.a. Gunny who didn't send just one, didn't send just two, didn't send just three... but stuffed 30 (yes THIRTY) Cal Ripken Jr's into a padded envelope. Upon further investigation 1/3 of them were of the "never had that one before" variety.

Quite welcome, as always the USPS treats Canada as one big place. Your package has cleared customs in CANADA, your package arrived at destination in CANADA, your package was delivered in CANADA. Glad some of them are ones you didn't have in CANADA! CANADA!!!!

I received a PIF right back from Kari that included 4 A&G Tigers: Lugo, Kaline, Cabrera and a mini Cabrera. That brings my Miggy collection to 282 cards. He also gave me a rookie Nevin from 96.

The heckling Jays fans were actually very entertaining and fired off some good ones at their former rookie pitcher, Daniel Norris. "Hurry up and throw the ball! It's hot out here and we want to get back to our air conditioned vans!"
