Thanks to Bldrprof for including 6 extra cards in our recent trade which finished out my (son's) 2008 Update Cardinal team set.
I'm stealing/ borrowing Joshua's (Sportzcommish) line because I think it's the best ever: I appreciate the kindness and generousity, TJ and may you be blessed beyond what you've done for me.

A belated big thanks to BigDog13 for the spendid surprise that accompanied my lot of cards I purchased from him: A Pascual Perez Expos autographed card! He sure hit a home run with that one! ;-)
Cheers,
Philippe

HUGO HUGO HUGO!!!!!! Mr. Giffard, screen name escapes me at the moment, to say I am blown away would be an understatement. I received a 1952-53 Blackhawk card today in the mail and knew instantly this wasn't something I traded for or bought. I am so grateful. This becomes the 2nd oldest Blackhawk card I own and I am so thrilled to have this in my collection. Much gratitude Hugo!!!!

Always looking for Blackhawk hockey, Notre Dame Football, White Sox and Bears Stuff. I have a plaque in my card room that says, "I could have been a millionaire but my mom threw out my baseball cards". How apropos!!! Collecting Chicago Blackhawks Hockey, Doug Wilson Hockey, Chicago Bears Older, Notre Dame Football in their college jerseys and Chicago White Sox.

Two - count them - TWO PIFs today.
First, Gunny's Baker's Dozen pack has arrived (and smells like the packs did back in the 1980's!). Mmmmm. Thanks, bud, and I'll do a break video and post to that thread later today.
The other one, wow. So member d_lewis contacted me after my last contest to see if I wanted / needed prize material. (I alwys accept prize cards, and love being able to pull stuff from that stack to create a prize pack for the winners.) Not only did he send a very generous stack of cards for the prize stash (the winners will love these too!), he found a similar sized stack of cards from my want list and sent them as well. (We're talking 50-60 cards in each stack!)
Both of these members should be celebrated for their generosity. Thanks to you two fine gentlemen!
