Yeah, all the Rite Aids in the Northern VA/DC area were bought out by Walgreens.

The only Walgreens I've visited has a dedicated section of toys and such with a packs section in it. Like basically anywhere these days, it's hard to actually get the packs, though.

My local Walgreen's is still keeping the cards behind the counter with the tobacco products and the tobacco cessation products.
