I will stand with what I pasted on this thread from the transaction to help show that he was only saying what he wanted everyone to know and made no regards to his attitude and his resistance. In addition, I feel bad for him because he is so focused on the situation at hand, receiving "junk cards", that he lacks the vision to see that someone was willing to make it right, without question. All he had to do was send the cards back, as requested, and there is nothing wrong with me requesting them back first...no question at all!! Besides, this is how the majority of business do business today, return the product for a refund or a replacement. If you read the thread from the transaction, I even told him what I was going to do to replace the cards...is that not above and beyond??? Oh, and even offered to send him a stamp to cover his "nickel."...a plan was in place! All he had to do was send the cards back...it was a simple request and something that he should have moved forward with from the beginning. Now here we are in the forums where he is questioning why he isn't receiving replacements, threating to leave bad feedback due to his resistance and his attitude, and in turn worried about retaliation. Why did this have to come to this in the beginning...it's not worth anyone's time...that's the only value in this entire situation!!
