It's a little more complicated than what has been stated so far, so allow me to try to give further details.
Starting Lineups & Die Cast cars are the product being sold - in most cases, they included a card. The cards can be listed here. The product that was marketed (figure, car) cannot because it is not a trading card.
Items that were included in card products are listed here as inserts.
Tins and cans (etc.) that were the packaging for cards are allowed to be listed here when the manufacturer has explicitly checklisted these items.
This is how Admin has laid it out to us.
PS: The lunch bags are a point of contention amongst several of the members. Many believe they shouldn't be here (and there are also several other products listed here that they feel the same about) while there are many who are very glad they are listed here. Proof that you can't please everyone. However, when these specific sets have gone to Admin for removal, he has decided not to remove them, so they remain. I have seen other similar sets come through that Admin has removed. So, for me, in these cases, I handle them as the "exceptions" (much like some of the VARs listed) and apply the rules and guidelines listed above to anything currently being added. If exceptions are granted by Admin for those, that's fine, but the membership (the resolvers, me) is not supposed to grant these exceptions, but is expected to abide by the current R&G when adding items.

Note: Please see my profile for more info regarding trading (section updated 10/25/2023). I have added a large portion of my inventory to the site, and currently have trading turned off (details are in my profile). I have (finally) unearthed my 2 very large boxes of Star Company minor league sets and they are available (email for details).
