Is there a purpose for marking a set (not cards) as "Wantlist" or "for sale/trade"? I don't see any ways of making transactions for sets or just see sets marked as "for sale/trade" by other users. I don't want to enter them as separate cards and mark them as "for sale/trade" because I don't want to break the set.
Keep in mind that I'm new to this site so it's really possible that I overlooked some feature...

In the set go to Collection Summary; scroll down to Unopened Material; +Add; choose Add to: For Sale/Trade, Type: Factory Set, and if applicable, "hand collated" in Comments.

Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.

I know how to add them but my question was more about is it something that other users can see. For example, is there a way to see other users having a set listed in their "For sale/trade" like it is available for cards. If I add a bunch of complete sets that I mark as "For sale/trade", will this ever be seen by other users. If no, then what's the point?

I have noted on my profile that all the sets I have listed on my FS/FT list are for sale. Just check them out!!! I have moved a large number of sets.

Go to my Collection and scroll down to For Sale/Trade Unopened Materials and you'll see my 1990 Topps football Factory Set listed.
You have no Unopened Materials on your For Sale/Trade list. If you put 1990 Topps football Factory Set on your Wantlist, I'll do a Trade Matching and see if it shows.

I just did it but I see no match with you. What do you see on your side?

You're correct; it doesn't show in any Matching. Send a message to Admin and let him know about the "glitch".

Chuck, have you used the "sets" section at all? I added several sets to my wants a couple weeks ago and they show up in a separate segment than 'unopened material'. I'm using that feature for cards that came as factory sets that I don't want to rebuild from singles, but do want all the cards. I think this is a fairly new feature.

That must be pretty new. Or at least since I last added Factory Sets to Unopened Material For Sale/Trade.
Of course, still need to find out why Unopened For Sale/Trade don't show in Matches.
