What to do about a trade that is accepted then the acceptor goes AFK?

Hi. I had a member accept my trade then not respond after. The trade is in progress and has been for awhile. What do I do? Edited on: Jan 13, 2023 - 10:35AM ------------------------------- GO WHITE SOX

First of all, join the club! It's happened to many of us unfortunately.

Secondly, after reaching out to them decide if you'll leave negative feedback if you were stiffed. You can place the transaction into Problem or Unfinished status.

If you feel it necessary to out the member, do so as a warning to others who may be considering a trade with him/her.

Naming the member in the Forums helps others who may be waiting on the same member to realize their wait is in vain. You don't have to blast him here but at least others can chime in if they have also been waiting. Feedback is where you can explain circumstances and frustration. If there are others, they will do the same and the member's feedback will make it where no one will risk trading with them again.

If you only leave feedback, negative as it is, others may think it is a one of and go ahead with a trade. Several negatives usually stops someone from getting duped.
