If you had $1000 to spend on unopened baseball product, what would you buy?

Vintage before 1985

Trying to acquire one card for every for every set, insert, parralle, minor, euro, team issue, oddball etc sets produced for Hockey. Been an interesting project.

Good question.  I don't foresee ever having an extra grand to blow on my hobby, but I think I'd buy as much topps RIP as I could...I think that's what it's called.  Gimmicky? Yes.  Fun? Definitely.

Unopened?  I wouldn't spend a dime on.  I would probably just add the credit onto COMC or something and have a nice little shopping spree.  Unopened stuff is just too unpredictable. 

I would buy cheap vintage graded cards and open them up!  That counts right?  I also see vintage rack packs on ebay, that would be fun as well!

I don't think I could keep any card worth that much.   I would spend 1k on small group of legends of the game for investment purposes only.
