If you had a change to sell of your doubles all at once. Would you take it if the price was right??? I'm sure most would as they would buy more to trade/sell.
That would mean no more trading or selling here for me. I do not know if I would want to give that up yet. As I love helping member here out with their PC.
This last 5 years I have been trying to sell all of my nephew's cards. (My cards now that my brother moved.) I have not had any luck selling them as one lot, just some here and there with all the guys that have come over.
I just had 2 guys wanting to come and look at them. They thought my price was very fair. Not sure if they will show up or willing to pay what I asked. Way too many times it never turns out right but one of these days it may. Who knows.

That would be a hard choice to make. I enjoy trading on here as much as the next collector. But sometimes it's hard to make a small trade with the price of postage. But if I could sell all in one lot and use that money to buy fresh traders I might do that

Heck, if the price was right, I would sell it all and walk away from actively collecting. I'd still help out here, just because I enjoy things here, but I could completely walk away and be fine - if the price was right.

Yes, I would sell all my doubles in a heartbeat.

Would have to be a high price. Not really interested in getting rid of my traders at a cut rate. I've learned over the years the best way for me to get the cards I want is to buy affordable lots, take what I want out and trade the rest on here for what I really want. So if I got rid of all my traders, I'd have nothing to trade and would just need to obtain more traders and then re-log them all.

I feel the same way, but I haven't been collecting as long so perhaps it'd be easier to do so than others. As much as I enjoy collecting, I also realize that less stuff in my life would probably be a good thing. I'd sell my doubles, easy. Collection too if anyone really wants to take on that many cards at once.

Absolutely! You can still build up a new trade collection. I've been attempting to sell all my trade cards up to 2017, so that I'll only have "fresh" cards to trade. In January the 2018s will need to go as well.

Assuming the price was right, I would just flip the money I got for the doubles to buy up a large collection in hopes of finding more cards for my primary collection. For a while I was doing that, buying larger lots and selling them off a small batch at a time, but it got to be too much time. Finding this site and being able to target trades for specific cards I'm looking for was a game changer.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

I'm still going to collect my Huskers. I do have 3 people wanting only my husker collection. It is not in my will but I do have the list of guys so my wife can contact them. (After I'm dead)
If I get what I want, I can buy a lot of Husker cards. Trading here has been great, but I am getting down to fewer and fewer cards for me. Having over 10,400 cards and a very narrow focus in collecting does not make it easy. It was really easy when I collected anything and everything.
