When there are multiple people on the card, we add card name as "Person 1 / Person 2".

What if the card has its own name (and all cards in the same set which focus on two-people relations) and the name uses format "Person 1 and Person 2".

Do we go by official card name or do we still replace "and" with "/"?

Currently, you can put the name of the card in the name section and link to the people using the linking tool under the image section. 

Earlier in the Database's history that was not possible and their names had to be in the name field. Some have been changed to the current format and some have not. There's no really easy way to search them out so basically they get changed only if someone wants to search them out or stumbles across them and takes the time to change them.

Currently these cards don't have links to any people, so it's alright to change the name as is on the actual card?

I've added card scans, but wasn't sure if it would be alright to replace "/" with "and".

Looks like the names are properly utilized in this case. Links to each name can be created. Poking around a bit, some of the names may not have a PID created yet, or at least don't come up straightaway.

As well the names of the actors should be linked as well as the characters. In the link you provide I added Scott Bakula to the links as an example.
