I have an excel data base that I want to send to One Drive so that when I go to my storage unit to look for the cards I need I can use my phone to find what I need. The problem I'm having is that I don't know how to get my data on to One Drive or any cloud service. Can or will someone tell me the easiest way to do that?

If you use a Google account or a Microsoft account you will have a cloud account. Microsoft will be on the left side of your computer screen near the top...likely have to open a drop down menu that shows Word, Excel, etc too. 

Google is top right where the nine dots are...click on that and it shows the drive there.

Google Drive is great for exactly what you are describing. I use it all the time 

If your phone is an Android, you can put it into your Google drive and access it anywhere. That comes preloaded on Android phones so you don't have to download anything else. 

The one big drawback to that is that is always opens to box A1 in Excel. When you have an extrodinarily high amount of information in the chart it can be troublesome to get to where you want to go. 

If you have an iPhone I'm completely clueless and cannot help on that.
