A question for the European hockey collectors: we have all our SHL Elitset sets listed without a brand, but the lower backs of the cards say they're made by The Card Cabinet, which is how COMC identifies them. Was Card Cabinet the brand, or are they just the company that printed the cards and aren't the official provider, like MSA with those food discs?

The Card Cabinet  I believe SHL Elitset is one of their brands.  Much along the line of Bowman being a Topps brand.

I'm not sure of the exact relation but I believe Card Cabinet was a sister company of Cardset Finland that they ran in Sweden for a while, at least they shared a lot of their card designs. They also made Soccer sets for the Swedish Allsvenskan in 2003-04 which are listed as "Card Cabinet Allsvenskan" here. They adopted the name "Elitset" for their hockey sets which was already used in the 90s by Leaf in Sweden (listed as "Leaf Elit Set"). 

Thanks to both for the info! So should these sets be something like "Card Cabinet Elitset (SHL)" or "Card Cabinet SHL Elitset" (I don't know what is on the packaging), or do we leave them as is?

I think "Card Cabinet SHL Elitset" would be appropriate. SHL is alway included in the title in the packaging as you can see from this example, other years are very similar.

IMO, leave as is.
