Peersonally, You will never see me leave negative feedback. I just consider it a Pay It Forward deal. Now blocking argumentative and repeat offenders I will do. Have finished 80 transactions without a problem.

Personally, I'd rather take my chances with trying to set up a deal with someone who sends but is difficult than take my chances with a nice guy/girl who just doesn't uphold his/her end of the deal. Having the warnings in their feedback is crucial for this.
I'm curious what the rest of the members think.

I have (finally) unearthed my 2 very large boxes of Star Company minor league sets and they are available (email for details).

Its not like he never sent anything, but if cards were damaged, (and 1 missing,) and he didn't say that, then is ghosting you WHILE signing in, it deserves a negative feedback. Never ghost someone just because you want to avoid the conflict. Let the TCDb world know that there might be some small issues and that will help in the sense of other members being warned. Take the recently brought up Lancomemorabilia. He had this experience with like 8 members, ghosted them, and hasnt showed up since. Because of his actions, he is missing out on the experience that could benefit him and his collection.

At this point it seems I'll be leaving negative feedback as I do agree others should have the heads up.
*Cards arrived Friday, I notified of the issue Friday night.
*Got a response Saturday saying it was my son, I am away until Sunday, but I'll watch to make sure you are satisfied (which at the time was great).
*Saturday I went through the cards in a bit more detail to notice a few more issues (such as missing a card) and a couple more big creases that I didn't notice on my first 30 second run through so I sent a list saying here are the issues.
*Tuesday asked for an update as I heard nothing more
*Thursday sent another message saying I'll be leaving negative feedback if I don't hear anything in next 48 hours
(meanwhile every day someone has been logging in).
This wasn't a huge trade, was just disappointed because I've been chasing 91-92 Kellogg's hockey and it included an Yzerman and Hull, both garbage. I guess karma will come around.
Thanks for all the input everyone. Trying not to let this one bad experience sour all the great ones I've had with great people here.

He is talking about a child here. Adult members should act according to adult members. No feedback at all is just as good as negative feedback when it comes to revenge. What is wrong with working it out as two adults, nobody should still act childish.

Sounds to me the the father needs to change his password, and not share it with his son.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

He's actually talking about a parent and a child working together to ghost him.
There is absolutely nothing childish about leaving honest feedback, and if that feedback warrants a negative (or a neutral) then so be it.
Childish is leaving negative or neutral feedback when it isn't warranted or as "retaliation" for receiving a deserved negative feedback.
Childish is blocking someone from trading because of percieved ideas that they may be "difficult" to negoitiate with.
Leaving honest feedback once a transaction has run its course is being a responsible member of the TCDB community. Something I hope we all are.

Are they from the 91-92 Score Kellogg's set? I don't collect Hockey but maybe I can find you those 2 (Yzeman and Hull} and comp them to you. Let me look around. I threw away over 3,000 hocky cards a while back. The box I bought off Ebay was supposed to be mixed. I got out around a 1,000 baseball and football keeping them.

What says it is a child??? If he can get on there and make a trade why should that person not be held accountable to the trade. I would happily like to get it worked out like an adult....but cannot get a reply........

Ya know, sometimes I wish that the people being talked about in this way in the forums come out and start talking and explain why they did that. It won't happen though.
