What have you paid for a football base RC? Myself it would be $7.50.
Also what player would have the highest value?

Don't remember exactly what I paid. Somewhere around $75 (1958 Jim Brown). This was quite a while ago.

For the most part, my collecting involves trying to complete baseball sets, but I do collect some football. Probably the most I've paid for a football rookie card is $2 or $3. That likely will change. I still don't have the 2021 Donruss cards for Mac Jones, Najee Harris, DeVonta Smith or Jaylen Waddle. The Jones card is selling for about $20 to $25 on eBay, so at some point that might be my new record.

I love to trade! Check the top paragraph of my profile to see my general trading desires. If you're uncertain about what trade I might be willing to take, just drop me a note and ask. I'm sure we can work something out.

I bought a Walter Payton rookie card a couple years ago. It came in a package with some other stuff but that was my main target and I would estimate that with what else I got I paid $50-$75 for the Walter Payton card. It was one of those cards I had always wanted since I first started collecting.

I think I spent around $25 each on the Manning and Moss Star Rookies in 1998

I have always wanted a Montana RC. Growing up I had several but they were cheap cards back then.

I think I paid $50 for a 1989 Score Barry Sanders about 30 years ago. Not much movement in the price over time, but I'll likely never sell it and I don't view my cards as an investment, but a fun hobby.
