I numbered each of my boxes and created a spreadsheet that listed the contents of each box.  Unless your sorting system is very granular, it would work for teams/sets/players.

I would love a new feature that allow mass assigning tags. I have all my boxes and binders labeled and have been using Beckett Organize to assign cards to particular locations. I'd love to just keep everything on one site.
