I'm not going to call out the person, but a couple of excuses and still nothing.  They are a member here since 2016 and log in everyday.

Been almost six months.  We both are in Canada.  Thoughts?

Some members like me on a budget don't realize how expensive mailing to Canada and back to the U.S. is.

If I hadn't received a trade for 6 months without a really good excuse I probably would've left negative feedback by then.  I'm not sure if there's much else you can do beyond that.

how big of a trade are we talking about?

if small, I would let it be and do not trade with this person again...

if big (at least to  you)....

If you don't want to mention the member on forums, you may want to talk to a member that has had succesful trades with them to see how their experience was...

perhaps this '3rd member' could help the person out if they are new to how to ship, and offer assistance in that area....

sometimes people can get 'burned' by doing a trade that ends up with a big parcel shiping bill......if that is the case, maybe same trade could be shipped in several PWE for much lower cost...

I know I was having issues getting stuff out. Mind you, I've also spent the last year in the hospital. I did communicate and finally get things squared with my trade partners.

You sent him his cards.  So you know where he lives.  Go pay him a visit.  

6 months is ridiculous!! Whats the communication like? Excuses? I wouldn't have let it go on for longer than 3 months. I have made a couple of mistakes here in trades but I communicate the entire time. I Let them know whats going on and how I will compensate. 

Pretty sure someone once died before they could send me cards I wanted through ebay. I sent messages asking for combined shipping, so I wasn't going to to pay before I got an answer at least. Never received a return message. But, his feedback started to drop quickly from buyers not receiving their cards. Going through the feedback I was able to get the idea that other buyers before got their cards real slowly cause the seller was in the hospital. Never really checked back up after that.

Agreed. Canadian Kid needs to call this shyster out by name so that no one else gets burned.
