That number 20 on the left is the number of cards in this insert set.

I fully agree with Jordan's reply (quoted below). I also don't see any reason to re-submit to another grading company. If you DO want to sell it, post it as you have it now. If you want to keep holding it (which would be my personal recommendation), keep it like it is now too. It's a big-money card that won't change any time soon and there really isn't a time limit on the value of that card. If you want cash now, sell it now. If you want more cash later, you hold that until he goes into the Naismith HOF. That truly is one of those "retirement-fund" types of cards. If it was my card, I'd hold on to it for another decade or so. Just like I'm doing with my 2 Tom Brady RC's. They aren't even close to the caliber of that card, but I'll still hold on to them as long as I don't need quick money for any reason. KEEP IT for now!

Just heard back from Upper Deck. " The only time we have print run information available is when a card is part of a numbered set. Unfortunately , when Upper Deck stopped producing NBA cards, a bunch of the older records were not retained, so I was unable to find any further information on this card. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you have a good day." Well that's it then. No idea how rare this card is. Still a nice card.

Here's something that I found that could be a clue as to the population of this card. ( Lebron James 2003-04 Upper Deck Hardcourt Clear commemoratives, autographed , LJ-A ). The PSA total pop. report is 16. My Rising to the Occasion card # / 250 - gold, has a total population of 31. If I had to guess, I'd say probably about 100. Bobmtrack, the biggest Lebron James collector in the world, only has one of each, and his rising to the occasion card isn't even numbered. All I know is that these are rare. coming soon to Ebay.

I had a dealer try to sell me one for 6K (not my kind of a card I collect, nor do I have 6K to spend on a card) But why does pricing vary so wildly, especially since hes wearing HS uni?? Seems like since theres is no pro team affiliation it wouldnt be as desirable. (dont collect ay basketball, but have seen prices drop when theres no pro/college affiliation)

LeBron didn't have a college uniform. He's one of the last to go straight from HS to the NBA before the rules changed. That's partially why he's been crushing career records years before HOFers got to those numbers. He got a 4 year jump on many of the superstars before him. LeBron only has cards of him in HS and NBA uniforms (and USA Olympic basketball uni's).
