For our US traders, you can buy USPS Forever 100 Stamp Rolls in bulk from various places. I've been doing it for a few years when another collector here gave me the tip! Just placed an order for 200 stamps from Etsy for $64 shipped, comes to 32 cents per stamp. Good to know for the bulk traders!

I don't know if it is the same thing in the U.S., but I have seen packs of 100 Canadian stamps at Costco for about $85.

Ordinarily I would jump on something like this but I've heard questionable things about the authenticity of these stamps from resellers. With all the troubles USPS seems to be going through, I'll choose to err on the side of not shortchanging them.

Why do most of these say handmade, many manufactured by BCA?

Because the website is Etsy, which mainly sells handmade items, it's their primary category.

Did some quick research, and BCA stands for Banknote Corporation of America. According to the Post Office, stamps printed by this company “will carry the BCA mark”. The company has been supplying stamps to the USPS since 1995.
Hopefully that adds some legitimacy to these Etsy sellers, although I can still understand any skepticism.

In this day and age I'd be leery of many deals with technology such that counterfeits and the associated scams are easily reproduced, but I can also understand that there's a legitimate market as there can be some profit from reselling Forever stamps that retain their usability regardless of how much one paid for them.

I would agree with this sentiment. Call me an odd duck - I don't mind paying taxes or for stamps as I do see the value they both provide. We can't get everything for free. For me to send cards I don't want for cards I do want to cost less than $1 across the country, is a huge win for me and of great value. I have paid a lot more to buy packs or boxes of baseball cards in which I get many doubles or inserts I don't want.
