I'm currently 13 cards short of reaching 15'000 different Expos cards out of a possible 40,223, ranking first at the moment. Still having fun with finding new cards every week :-)

Which makes Tassacafix' 37.3% total pretty awesome, even though the team total is a little less than the Marlins'!
I have 17.3% of the Expos too, but that's less than half as many as Tassacafix.

Congrats everyone. I'm not really a team collector, but instead I am a player collector - NASCAR to be specific so it is a driver. Some count drivers as their own team division since it is them and their pit crews, others count it as a team like Hendrick Motorsports (with multiple drivers throughout their history). If it counts, I personally am closing in on 2,000 cards of Matt Kenseth out of 4,407 (45% and #1 among the site). If we go by actual team, then it is Hendrick Motorsports with 2,129 out of 32,263 (6.6%). I do have 2 different collections listed as one is a family member's and it contains duplicates, and both combined brings the total to 3,602, which is good enough for #8. Pretty good since Kenseth spent his time with Roush Racing/Roush Fenway Racing (listed seperately here) and then Joe Gibbs Racing. However, several racing sets do not have the teams added yet so the numbers could be inaccurate to some degree.
-------------------------------
Matt Kenseth card collection is nearing 50% with over 2300 different cards. Always looking for the missing remainders to get to 100% completion.

Wow, you guys are all superstar team collectors! I'm primarily a set collector (baseball and hockey), so my numbers fall nowhere close to the top for any team.
My baseball team with the most cards is the Yankees, with 753 unique (a total so low it's unranked)
My hockey team with the most cards is the Islanders, with 390 unique (ranked #327 overall)

I'm a Tigers collector, just getting back into it after a hiatus. Of the Tigers 129,467 "unique" cards...I wonder how many of those are parallels. From the original Leaf (for Donruss) and Topps Gold of the early 90s to the rainbow of border colors that Topps now puts out, there has to be a decent percentage of those that are "variations on a theme".

I don't collect any one team but collect sets and HoF / stars. I presently have over 10,000 NYY, the Red Sox over 9,000 and several other teams in the 8-9,000 area.
