 There is a "complaint" form for both sites but Panini's is definitely more difficult than Topps. I don't think you can upload a video to either but but I took photos and made 2 collage layouts w/4 images in (each) one .jpeg. They both ask you to write the details, include a photo of the number on inside box top flap and a copy of receipt/proof of purchase. For Panini you have to do this online then immediately follow up with the exact same images and writing and mail it in but I don't recall reading that on Topps and if it hasn't been done by morning, I'll post the link for reporting the inaccuracy to Topps. FYI I've mention both companies not just because it was such an odd occurrence but in case someone "searches" for a similar scenario. Sorry it happened and I hope they make it right for you-  but hey-  if it were "baseball card poker" your pink Urshelo beat my (dupe) base Lindor and Sixto ;)

I once got an empty pack in a box of 1991 UD Football.  Pack was properly sealed & aligned... they just forgot the cards.

I opened a 1992 UD baseball Hi-series pack when they were new and pulled a half-dozen blank cards. They were blank on both sides! I sent them back to UD with a note telling them which cards I was missing for a complete set. UD couldn't complete my set, but they did send me several packs as a replacement for the blank cards. I did pull a few more cards that I needed to complete the set from those packs. I think they sent me 3 packs, so the fact that I pulled anything I needed for such a large set was impressive.

All of my pack-issues since then have come from Panini missing cards in packs. I rarely buy Topps anymore, but I have actually never had an issue with cards missing from a Topps product. They were also fastest in filling my redemption request, but that was well over a decade ago now. UD was pretty quick with a redemption request at the same time. Panini is complete garbage with redemption requests. I only have one with them and it has been non-existant since I entered the code. They sent me an auto-email about replacement in May and I haven't heard a single word from them since! I am still waiting for anything from Panini and I requested a replacement card. I didn't really want the card that I pulled the redemption for anyway! That's another thing about the current card companies that ticks me off... redemptions for cards of people that nobody ever heard of before they pulled the redemption AND they never get the card anyway!!!

I've gotten packs that were missing cards, but I don't remember what sets. It wasn't that long ago but since I actively collect three sports and some non sports it's just too much to remember. I think it may have been a Panini NBA set but I'm not 100% sure.

Not counting the time where it was a blaster purchased from Blowout that had been tampered with, that's a whole different scenario.

I've also gotten packs which had multiples of the same card in the same pack. 1995 SP NASCAR was bad with this.

.   Same thing about Panini redemption but I stayed on them from December to April and at least got a few "personal" responses - meaning not just the automated response- but they only wrote "someone will contact you shortly" or " could you please send all information again"?

   I think I am going to take the "replies" and my 'evidence' and post it to all social media channels where they have a presence. I have purchased TOO many products to not receive my only redemption cards ever requested. The initial one was from the MLB Contenders blaster box for a blue parallel auto of Sam Hilliard- the acted as if I asked for the 2008 Trout rookie auto. My point is if in this small forum there are already two of us with ignored and deleted redemption cards from this year then there are most likely others- if interested I'll share my links with you when I post to their pages.

Don't get me started with John Sterling!  I'm listening to him butcher a game right now.

My redemption on Panini's site has showed "In Progress" since the day I entered it on January 7th. On May 7th, I got the "120 days" email and requested a replacement card. The site shows that I requested a replacement, but still just says "In Progress". I just sent them a message asking where the heck is my card, any card?! It's been longer now since I requested replacement than it was when they asked if I wanted a replacement.

 I got the 120 days email too and reiterated it was my first redemption despite buying boxes and packs for years etc and that I would take another card as I "simply wanted the experience". My account doesn't say Pending and the history of any submission has been erased but I saved all emails and screenshots including some taken when submitting the redemption code saying "Code Accepted" and "Card Redeemed" etc. I feel if the market hadn't surged this wouldn't be an issue.

I know the Topps redemption hasn't been addressed yet either but at least it doesn't say "No pending orders" and "No history of orders".

  Basically it sounds like we have a similar story so I truly hope you get yours since it at least says "Pending" on your account. The original communication to me sounded like someone found a way to reproduce the coded cards or hacked the code system because I was repeatedly asked if I "...was sure I bought it at a store and not off ebay?" Plus I was repeatedly asked for images of my receipts, the shrinkwrapped box if possible etc. I would've taken offense if I'd have had prior dealings with their redemption process but I've honestly never even used my account except add points from the cards that I used to randomly find in boxes so I think they feel I'm not an important customer and that I'll probably leave the issue alone but now someone else has shared the experience I want to do something as it means there are more people spending hard earned money and not getting what has been promised.

I'm still waiting on two panini redemptions from the 2012-13 NBA season...
