I placed an order in mid Nov, and it was packed and shipped about a month later on Dec 13th. I used the tracking utility to follow the shipment, and it states that it left the Sparks, NV facility on Dec 18th and no movement since.
Anyone else had that type of issue with COMC shipments through Pitneybowes?
I contacted COMC, and the customer service tells me to be patient because of COVID and that they can't do anything until we reach the original estimated delivery date of March 7th. I contacted Pitneybowes through two different channels, only to be told to "contact your merchant".
Any thoughts?
