Checklist Linking to Players

Should all checklist cards be linked to all players listed on it or should it be just listed as a checklist with only identified players listed? Example 2010 Topps Football card number 412. It took a lot of work to get all those players linked.

That one goes against the rules since the players aren't specifically identified on the front or back and it should be cleared out. Links were allowed on the 2015 one since the players are specifically identified on the back. We do not link to every player on a checklist.
