Travis First Welcome to the Database.
On to your question: Short Answer: Not sure. It used to be that a players "rookie card" was his first card. Team rookie cards that had two, three sometimes four players on them were often technically a player's "Rookie Card" but many people don't consider them to be the rookie card since they are not the only player on the card.
It might be difficult to make a list because back in the day team cards had a team photo with all the players. So some players had their "first" Topps card that way. Now team cards usually have action photos with one or two players usually some of that teams super stars but sometimes a few players that might not have had a card yet. Then there are cameos on other players cards. So technically it is a very difficult task. Not very likely there is a definitive list.
