Starting a user list

I have never started a user list, but I am thinking of one. Once the list is created can the order of the user list be rearranged? For example; the first card you list might be the 3rd card in the order and 3rd card might be the 1st. Thanks ahead for your input. Yes. With the list closed, go into the "Lists" section of your profile. There is an icon with three horizontal lines on top of each other. This is the re-order icon. From here, it's simply drag and drop.

Yep! Reordering is just a matter of drag and drop when you click the option to do so from your lists manager.

Yes you can rearrange the cards. ------------------------------- *Someday my cards may double in value and then be worth half of what I paid for them.*

Yes - once it's created, go into your Lists Manager, and there is an icon for re-sorting. (It's the one that is 3 horizontal lines.)

Edit to add - that has to be a record - 4 replies within 2 minutes. And when I started my reply, there were none.
