I realize the delays with Covid and all, but really, this is ridiculous.  My previouis card I ordered on 7/23/20 and it shipped on 11/17/20.  This one I requested on 9/10/20 and got the notice on 12/28/20 that it will ship on 12/14.

I kind of chuckle on how they say to take advantage of their system in which you can buy cards and they'll hold them and ship them at a later date.  How it that helpful now?

I somehow lucked out. I requested my cards in early November, just hoping to get them in the spring. They told me they would ship in February. Next thing I know, I'm pulling a package from COMC out of my mailbox on Christmas Eve. I was happy to get them, but I feel bad that so many before me haven't even shipped. I have no idea what's going on over there.

I made two shipment requests for economy rushed.

First request was on 11/30. Estimated ship date was 12/15, actual ship date was 12/11. USPS tracking hasn't updated since 12/18 and it hasn't been scanned to a distribution center or PO in my state yet, just "in transit".

Second one was on 12/8. Estimated ship date was 12/23, actual ship date was 12/21. It just arrived today, 12/28.

I'll chalk that up to the USPS holiday weirdness, but it sounds like COMC may have offered conservative shipping estimates and beat some of them by a bit. Or in banny's case apparently they pulled most of the people responsible for processing submissions and successfully created a time machine 

When they say "ship at a later date" they mean it. I still think they are just trying to get people to pay more for shipping. 

Maybe it's located in an autonomous zone where they abide by a different calendar.
