I frown upon it....Admin doesn't care.
Take a look at this set...

It takes a lot of work to get a set to look like this...accurate checklist, formatted correctly, all names linked, packaging images added, release notes trivia, inserts & promos properly formatted at listed, etc.
This set took me about 3 days to complete and then I spent another month making tweeks until I felt everything was correct. In my opinion it looks complete and professional....like we at TCDB know what we are doing and take our cards and this site seriously.
Now look at the Foil Insert checklist..

Mostly back images only; I think it looks like crap and makes the site seem "amatuerish". This was not done by anyone who cares about gaming cards or the database...they only want the points (for a reason beyond my comprehension). They don't care about accuracy or how the set appears.
For the most part gaming backs don't matter....they're all the same. But sometimes they do...every once in a while there is a dual sided card or an alternate back style (MtG comes to mind). Mass back-uploaders don't take the time to research...they just copy and paste for the points. Which is fine if you do the research first and for goodness sake find a front image too. But I don't think folks who mass-uploaded backs care about accuracy.
There's ways to get points that are just as easy and actually contribute to the site. Adding links to your favorite players wikipedia or stats page for example. 1 point per link. That actually adds value to the site and doesn't make a mockery of someone elses hard work and make the site look like crap.
Just my very salty opinion.
My two-cents is worth slightly more than a penny.
