I understand why they want to deal with the Ebay orders first because they have a tight window to ship them, but what I don't get is if they are so far backed up, why they don't put their Ebay sales on hold and even their own auctions (not sure how they handle that). I would think just by halting them for about a month they could catch up on their orders or at least enough to cut their shipping time in half. I understand they probably do pretty well on Ebay sales but if they put it on hold until around Black Friday that would still help them out and maybe keep customers from deciding not to quit doing business with them.
My main beef is I'm okay with them holding and storing my cards (which is a great option) until I want them shipped to me, but when I want them shipped I don't want to wait weeks or more for them to arrive. If they need to implement a 1 cent a month storage fee for each card, I wouldn't like it much, but at least I'd accept it since they are storing it for me until I'm ready to ship. I just think they should handle their customers on their own site before trying to satisfy their other ventures. I also accept waiting up to a month during the holiday season as well because I know it gets busy, but they really should hire more workers (which I know I've seen ads for them) especially now when they could hire some to play catch up and get them through the holidays.

I placed an order from COMC for 24 cards on 10/09/2020, The estimated shipping date is 1/14/2021. I suppose if I selected one of the more expensive shipping options, it would be sooner. But the order was for some rather low value cards.

I have seen some speculation that they are doing it so slowly specifically so people will pay more for faster shipping. Since it's not actually faster shipping from the post office but faster getting to the post office, it seems believable to me.
I'm certainly not as happy with them as I once was. Greed has ruined another great thing. With that said I will probably continue to shop with them because they have what I'm looking for.
Phil, their auctions are simply links to ebay.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. I did the cheapest, $4.99, had 100 cards. By the way, did they stop doing the $5 credit for every 100 cards?
