I am now home safe and sound after that 3 hr drive. I really would like to thank Adam and his family for allowing me come to their home to meet them and for their hospitality while I was there. Eventhough I was not able to look through all of the cards he has, it was an enjoyable experience being in his "Panther's Lair" and we were able to make a trade with what each of us looked through while sharing our experiences and stories. We now have proof that a Cub fan and a Cardinal fan can work together despite our respective allegiances.
With regards to jimetal7212's reply, I have read Chuck's profile and seen that he visits "NOVA" on occasion. That's a bit shorter of a drive, just the traffic is a pain.

I'm glad you made it home safe, Kelly! I also hope you don't hate the picture I posted. That was the last one my brother took and you laughed (I'm guessing about how long it seemed to take for a picture) and that made me laugh. The photo shows that we were having a good time, even though it was the last of 4 pictures he took. Even when I looked at my camera after he took the pictures, I thought there were only 3. But I saw a 4th one when I put the memory card in my laptop. My camera has a pretty quiet click when it is windy like it was today. For all you youngsters, that was a REAL camera, not a phone! It was a digital camera though. I do actually still have some film cameras but where would I get the film these days and who could process the pics?!

How cool, to share your collection, meeting a fellow TCDB member and conversations. I am hoping to one day have a meetup also.

So cool that you both had a great time and got to meet up. I love getting to trade cards with others because it helps both people acquire something they want. Can't wait until I get to meet up with another TCDB member at some point.

Matt Kenseth card collection is nearing 50% with over 2300 different cards. Always looking for the missing remainders to get to 100% completion.

Thanks for the replies everyone and I'm glad you guys like the thread.
* Jordan (CK23), you are welcome to visit if you are ever in the area. I'll certainly LYK if happen to travel up your way.
* Greg (gpg), you are also welcome to visit me the next time you come up here. It was fun last time we got together but meeting at my house removes the time limit that we had at Monk's.

We may be able to top this tomorrow. I'm leaving Shallotte. NC heading back to TN. If I can't make it home maybe I could spend the night. All I have on me is 5 unopened packs of 2019 Topps Archives. I am sure I can pick up something else along the way to Trade. We were supposed to meet up in Waynesville and that didn't work out. We have talked about this before but seriously yell at me and we could at least have lunch. If I'm out of time and need to spend the night I could definitely go for a beer.
