So, I stumbled across the Panini Golden Age sets this morning while looking for Bigfoot cards on eBay (Yes, that's how I roll)...I see these Panini sets are listed here as "Baseball" sets but it got me wondering, how many other Multi-sport sets are out there but may be listed under Baseball, Football, etc.?
Always looking to check out different sets..
Thanks,
Bill

Yeah, I've found Steelers QB Terry Bradshaw on my Baseball collection list because of this.
I believe this is due to how Panini released the set. I think I also have a basketball player, Artis Gilmore listed in baseball, too, come to think of it. Same set, or at least same company.

I have had this conversation with Admin (years ago) regarding A&G and other sets, and the site's position is:
It was marketed as a "Baseball" set, therefore it is listed in the Baseball section.

I always though it was odd the the 2007 Donruss Elite Extra Edition set (listed under baseball) had 29 Coaches of college football in it plus 5 basketball players out of 149 cards.

Upper Deck Goodwin Champions 2009 for sure, maybe some other years. All the Topps Allen & Ginter. Billy mentioned Panini Americana under non-sport, Panini Golden Age has been mentioned. I know here was a 90s non-sport set with the word Americana in it, had blue borders, mostly historical figures but had a few baseball players. TriStar Obak baseball always has a lot of presidents and non-sport people, but I can't remember if there are other sports represented.

I'm going to reevaluate how I collect after the new year. It's just getting way too expensive for the new stuff. Sometimes I just want to buy a pack, not a whole box or even blaster.

The 2008 and 2009 Topps Mayo football sets come to mind. I don't know whether or not this sets will fit what you are looking for. Both sets are mostly football players, but have non football platers in it such as US Preidents. The 2009 edition has at leat two athletes that are not football players.
