I would recommend seeing what other 1/1s for that player sold for, if you can. Not AU/MEM cards, necessarily, but maybe a 2016 GQ Black McCutcheon, or even just a regular Topps printing plate. That should at least give you a starting point.
If you are looking to sell a Cutch 1/1, I'd like to do a shameless plug for a Blogger: Collecting Cutch. He already has 230 1/1 Cutch cards and, having interacted with him a few times, I'm confident in saying that he's the type of guy to give you a very good idea of what he pays for them, as well as probably make an offer for yours.
