I know it is my collection and I can do what I want with storage, binders, etc. Just trying to get some others opinions about a Parallel Sets in pages. I have been working on the 2008 Upper Deck Masterpieces Hockey set and it comes with 5 different colors plus the base card. The set only includes 87 cards for the base set and was trying to figure out if I want to put all the different colors with the base card essentially putting one page per card series? One of the colors is SN1 so probably never get that portion done since I have only seen one for sale ever.
Storage, binders or pages is not a problem. Just thinking it would be cool to have the rainbow together on a page.
Comments or suggestions?
Mark

Since there's only 4 realistically, maybe one of those little 4-card-per page books that are around? I don't know if they still make them since I don't use binders at all, but that would be a perfect fit for a base card and three parallels per page.
Of course, I just reread your post before I hit publish and realize I misread it so it probably won't work after all. I only have a couple of cards from this set, and only one color parallel is present in my collection, but that's a great set! Only one I know of to show Manon Rheaume in Lightning gear, although once I got my copy of the card I stopped looking.

VERY slow trading due to health problems. Not transferrable so safe to trade with, just moving is painful and can't always access the cards. In my set collections where I'm putting together the base and parallel sets, I like to page up the base set in order, nine to a page. I then put the page for the first parallel in front of each base set page. Then the next parallel level in front of that one, and so on. That way, early on I can see exactly where each parallel card goes in the page (right in front of its matching base card), and later on when looking at each parallel level's page, if there are any cards missing I can see through the space to the set behind it and know which card is missing.

I usually keep parallels separate from base

This is genius. It makes me want to try to put together some parallel sets just to try it. Thanks for sharing!

I have learned, that if I can locate the Card when I want to find it, then there is no wrong way.

thank you for you comments and 5 cents LOL
I was just playing with the x version. Might need more of the parallels first
I have close to half of the green and only about 15-20 of the blue, 83 of the brown.
Hmmmm, now back to sorting other sets and boxes

I like Lea's option, it is unique. Generally I don't chase parallels outside of the Chrome versions in the Bowman and Bowman Draft set. Not the rainbows, just the regular Chrome. When I get to bindering those they will be treated as their own set. However, I started chasing some of the baseball Masterpieces parallels (well, 2 colors from each set) as well as 97 SPx baseball. When I binder them it was going to have Row 1 be Card #1, Row 2 Card #2, next Page Row 1 Card #4, etc. Now that I think about it, it would also be like Lea 'sin that I can look at the other rows (or through the page) and know which parallels I am missing.
