Yes, I'm sure more than just these options but here are some ways to do it.
While in collection summary for the set look for the add multiples bullet under cards. (This is what I do if I have multiples of many cards in a set.)
Also from the add/update screen or the individual card screen if you select the down arrow next to the card number it has the option to add multiple. (More useful if I am not doing a bunch of one set.)
Hopefully that makes sense. I'm sure there are other ways to accomplish this as well.
