That's not even the SN250 gold version. How were there three people that thought that card is worth over $80?

The auction was somewhat misleading, but I still put much of the blame on Press Pass. Printing cards with pictures of autograph cards seemed like a bad idea from day one.

Of course, I knew of Earnhardt collectors at the time who wouldn't touch that series. They already had the card in their collection, why would they want another card with a picture of it too?

That is very confusing. Just seems like a terrible idea from Press Pass all round. Knowing nothing about racing cards and would have thought that was an actual autograph card.

Oooh ouch. Yeah reminds of those Topps Now Year in Review cards a year or two ago that pictured autographs cards. Press Pass not doing new collectors any favors there

Would have been kind of hard for Earnhardt Sr. to sign a card 2 years after he passed away.

Should we write this guys mail scolding him for the deceptive practices? ------------------------------- Minor League Collector, Collecting cards featuring players in Cedar Rapids uniforms or Logos, all sports, from past and present. Researching forgotten set variations.

An actual Earnhardt autograph is more than $96...I'm not sure the seller is totally at fault here.

He listed it as an "Auto". Should have said Reprint. That card is at best a 3 dollar insert. Seller at fault and buyer for not doing some research
